1.1 Binding Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the jeetwin platform, the user agrees to all terms, rules and guidelines set out in this document. This agreement creates a valid legal relationship between jeetwin and the user and defines the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

1.2 Scope of Terms

These terms apply to all services provided through the main jeetwin website and application. 2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at jeetwin, the user must provide accurate and complete information. The name, date of birth, mobile number and address provided at registration must be genuine and legally valid. An account opened with false information may be cancelled, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is found to have been violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Avoid sharing your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account security has been compromised, contact customer support immediately. jeetwin does not bear responsibility for any loss caused by unauthorised access.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jeetwin may at any time request a government-issued ID, bank account details or other documents to verify a user's identity. Identity verification may be mandatory for withdrawal requests. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account activity being restricted or suspended.

3.1 Age Verification

The date of birth must be provided correctly at the time of registration. jeetwin may at any time request a National ID card or passport as proof of age if there is any doubt. Registering with a false age will result in the account and all deposited funds being forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The user must confirm for themselves that using this service from their place of residence is lawful. jeetwin reserves the right to restrict or suspend service from certain regions.

3.3 Professional Eligibility Restrictions

jeetwin employees, affiliate partners and technology providers will generally refrain from participating in betting and gaming sections. The eligibility of such participation is determined separately on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at jeetwin is ৳100. This minimum limit is the same for all deposit methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks). Deposits are only accepted from payment methods registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Source of Funds

The user must confirm that the funds they deposit come from a lawful source. jeetwin follows applicable anti-money laundering regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4.4 Payment Processing Delays

Withdrawal processing may be delayed due to technical issues, banking interruptions or the need for security verification. In such situations, contacting customer support will provide the latest status.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus. Before withdrawing the bonus amount, the user must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to be eligible for withdrawal, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while a bonus offer is already active.
• A bonus may only be claimed once — repeated claims from the same person or household are not accepted.
• jeetwin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus benefits are misused, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, which is stated in the details of that offer.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus funds will be automatically cancelled. Expiry information is provided on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. jeetwin reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error. If the outcome of a specific event or game has already been determined, any bet accepted after that outcome will be considered void.

6.2 Maximum Payout Limits

jeetwin reserves the right to set maximum payout limits on a single bet or over a specific period. These limits may vary depending on the game or betting market.

6.3 Game Results and Disputes

In any dispute regarding game results, the game provider's server logs will be considered final. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the funds returned.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting such as cricket or football, match or event results will be determined according to the official announcement of the relevant international sports governing body. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet is generally cancelled and funds returned, though the terms for specific markets may differ.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or using fraudulent tactics to meet bonus conditions.
• Using computer programs, bots or automated software to operate games or bets.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software or game code.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets or playing games using third-party funds.
• Placing bets in fraudulent collusion with other users.
• Using a fake identity, false information or stolen payment details.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform without reporting it to jeetwin.

8.1 jeetwin's Right to Take Action

jeetwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account without prior notice if there is suspicion of a breach of terms. The obligation to provide detailed reasons for such action does not always apply, particularly in the interest of security or investigation.

8.2 User-Requested Closure

8.3 Refund After Account Closure

If the account was not closed due to a breach of terms and there are legitimate funds in the account, the user may apply to receive those funds back. Identity verification must be completed in this case.
